Macbeth Journal #1: Don't judge a book by its cover. What does this mean? Do you agree with the assumption? Give me some examples from your personal life and experiences (can be from TV, books, movies, etc.).
Macbeth Journal #2: Turn "don't judge a book" on its head. Write about one quality or possession that you have that really represents you. What? How? Why?
Macbeth Journal #3: Is greed ever really good? Why or why not? What if we change the word from greed to ambition? Does this change the way you think about it? Why?
Macbeth Journal #4: Recall a time in your life when you were involved in a tough situation, had to make a decision about whether to turn back or push on, and found both options equally difficult. What did you do? Why?
